30 second rest\r
5 exercises total\r

plank with side toe taps\r
laying tuck-ins | knees to chest here\r
plank cross body toe touches\r
alternating leg lifts | I called these L-Holds in the video\r
crunch with hold\r

CIRCUIT 2: Advanced\r
30 seconds each movement\r
No rest period until all 5 movements are completed\r

plank with up down jumps\r
laying leg lifts with alternating kicks on the way down\r
